LO1 Task 1- Analysis of exhibition and events
Sheffield events.
Tramlines.
The purpose of tramlines is to have a good time and watch gigs of various different bands. Refreshments and food can be bought there throughout the day whilst bands are playing, the entry into tramlines is free and the whole event is basically planned to entertain people round sheffield. The target audience is mainly aimed at young adults, it isnt somewhere where elderly or young children should be mainly because of the incredibly large crowds and dangers that are held there. The style of Tramlines is mainly indie pop and rock and mainly bands that are originated from sheffield have the tendancy to play at these events. the location of Tramlines is in the inner city of Sheffield, this area is quite large so it has a decent suitability and can fit a large amount of people who want to attend the event. There are people who will eventually stop people from entering the event once the crowds have become too large. There is a place where you can go to if you become injured and need seeing to imedietly. Drugs are forbidden in the whole of Sheffield and you will be kicked out instantly if seen with any, alcohol is not to be brought into the festival but can be bought there.
Mosborough Music Festival.
The main purpose of Mosborough Music Festival is for locals to socialise and have a good time listening to live music. The bands that play at this event aren't well known but use this festival as a stepping block towards their fame. It is mainly aimed at young people from 13 and above but there is no age restriction above 13 so all people are welcome.
There is a Child welfare officer on site and a welfare point to meet in case you get split up from loved ones, a regular announcement will be made over the PA system.
Children under 13 are free with a paying adult; (Proof of age maybe required.)
Disabled people are able to park right at the side of the festival. The style of music that is played is fairly modern, the bands that play all have different types of genres such as indie, rock, pop etc. The whole thing is set out on sand and there is only one stage that is used. The event is located in Mosborough on the field near westfield's old school. The festival is fairly suitable and the area that is used is large and spacious. Any one who wants to attend the festival is allowed to enter if paid for but once it is full you will most likely be restricted from entering the festival. Before attending Mosborough's music festival take note of the health and safety issues, n
o glass or drinks will allowed to be brought in at all, a strict rigorous check will be made on the entrance and no fluids will be allowed inside. Water, Lime, Blackcurrant, soft drinks, tea, coffee, beers, wine, magners, vodka/redbull ect will all be available at the usual cheap prices including hot and cold food.

No drugs.
No BBQ’s
No smoking in marquee area’s
Owl's in the park.
Owl's in the park is somewhere where Sheffield Wednesday supporters go to meet the footballers who play for Sheffield Wednesday, they can also go to the stalls that are placed round the area and buy stuff to get signed, and overall to have a good time. People of all ages can go to this event and the entry is completely free. The area can be fairly muddy and slippery on occasions and the design would be blue and white like the colours of the Sheffield Wednesday logo. The location of owl's in the park is in Hillsborough Park which is basically a field. The overall place is suitable as it is fairly isolated and wide spread out and doesn't become to overly crowded since the people who go are only really locals. People who deface the area or harass or assault any guards of football players will be immediately taken out of the area and consequences will be made. Make sure appropriate footwear is worn in case the area is wet because that can become a safety hazard, no alcohol or drugs are allowed in the area, if you are caught with either of those things you will be escorted out and will be banned.
